On 20 September, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis, as part of a delegation led by the President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda, took part in the ceremony dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks and honoured their victims, including the Lithuanian citizen Jelena Melnichenko.
