Consular services were provided in San Diego
Consulate General of Lithuania in Los Angeles organized its first mobile consular mission in the city of San Diego this weekend. Various consular services were provided, including passport renewals, issuance of certificates of civil registry, processing of documents for Lithuanian citizenship, declaration of residence, etc.
Consulate General of Lithuania in Los Angeles appreciates the assistance of Mrs. Simona Valančiūtė-Kaušas for the consular mission.
"We want to be closer to the citizens of the Republic of Lithuania and to respond to their consular needs" - said Darius Gaidys, Consul General of Lithuania in Los Angeles.
Mobile consular missions are designed to provide consular services in the regions where there is a high demand for such services.
Consulate General of Lithuania will soon organize a similar consular mission to San Francisco (California). In October consular mission will be organized in Portland (Oregon).
