Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in Los Angeles organizes an outgoing consular mission in Seattle, Washington, on December 4-5, 2024
The Lithuanian consular officer will provide the following consular services to Lithuanian citizens:
- Requests to issue or change a passport and personal identity card (it is necessary to submit 2 photos corresponding to the person's age);
- Residence declarations of citizens who have left Lithuania for a period longer than 6 months;
- Applications for the issuance of an emergency travel document;
- Reports on lost personal documents;
- Requests to register in Lithuania births, marriages and deaths abroad;
- Requests to change a name or a family name;
- Records confirming applications for the issuance of the act of civil status;
- Applications for the issuance of consular certificates;
- Requests for documents from the institutions of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Notarial acts: power of attorney, confirm the fact that the person is alive and located in a certain area (certificate to "Sodra" for the payment of a pension).
For non-Lithuanian citizens the following will be provided:
- Applications for citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania (confirming the authenticity of documents uploaded electronically to the MIGRIS system for applications for Lithuanian citizenship).
The Consular mission will take place at 1351 Lake Washington Blvd. S., Seattle WA 98144. Appointments from 8.30 am till 1 pm and from 2 pm till 5 pm.
Please register here (select Consulate General in Los Angeles, then choose a service – Consular Mission). Registration closes on December 1 or earlier depending on availability of appointments.
Pre-registration with a written confirmation will be required! When registering, please list in the comment section the applicant’s first name, last name, date of birth of yourself and/or the person (child) who will need consular services, e-mail address, phone number and the consular service needed.

Consular mission fees are increased by 50% (consular fees are published here). Fees will only be accepted via a bankcard (Visa or MasterCard).
